I’m very easy to please. Show me a gorgeous girl wielding a big camera with a white lens and I’m happy.

Oakleigh has one thing that always stands out from other suburbs for me. The cemetary is open. No walls surrounding it, positioned right next to the park and football oval.

This photograph was taken on the final day of a five day gruelling competition between different Armoured corps units from around Australia. Each unit had to achieve certain navigation goals and complete certain tasks like extracting a wounded soldier from a minefield as shown here.

This is my favourite person on the planet, my son Matthew.
I actually managed to get him to stand still for a photograph and I am so glad I did. Without a doubt in my mind this is my all time favourite photograph I have EVER taken, and I have taken a rather lot of photographs.
This is how the image came out of camera. I have tried editing it, but I never like the results.

This is Sophie, one of the models used at the two recent photography workshops I assisted on at Monsalvat. Her website can be found here. Soph is the consummate professional, even to the point of offering guidance to the photographers on the course.
