Geoff and I have been playing together in the “Gang Show” orchestra for nearly 12 years now. This was taken in the orchestra pit during a rehearsal as a means of practicing holding a 200 mm lens still in low light.
This is my favourite person on the planet, my son Matthew.
I actually managed to get him to stand still for a photograph and I am so glad I did. Without a doubt in my mind this is my all time favourite photograph I have EVER taken, and I have taken a rather lot of photographs.
This is how the image came out of camera. I have tried editing it, but I never like the results.
This is Sophie, one of the models used at the two recent photography workshops I assisted on at Monsalvat. Her website can be found here. Soph is the consummate professional, even to the point of offering guidance to the photographers on the course.
Lucy is and I spent eight months together over 2007/8. She’s a wonderful lady who radiates happiness and deserves the best of everything, something I could not give her. I wish her the best for the rest of her life.
